Little drum dude from the 'Taiko: Drum Master' game, which I've never played.
This was originally going to be a birthday card, but the yellow card I stuck the drum person on didn't turn out quite so yellow after the scanner had finished with it... please say what you think, though. :)
Sketched with 0.5 mechanical pencil, outlined with 0.5 Pilot drawing pen, coloured with felt tips.
