It's Rodeno! The name's a combination of Rodent and Rodeo.
Drawn with an HB pencil, inked with 0.3 drawing pen, coloured with felt tips. Background is an ink wash edited using Microsoft Photo Editor. Please comment if you want! :)
Don't assume the strange, Stetson-shaped tuft of fur on Rodeno's head obscures their vision - Rodeno actually have incredibly keen eyesight. They can track their prey's movement from a frighteningly long distance and will ensnare them with its lasso-like tail in the blink of an eye. Then they reel them in (using its large hind legs to keep itself anchored to the ground), before laying down the law with some kick-based punishment. A master of both close and long-range assault, Rodeno’s tail also doubles as a handy whip.

Thanks! :)I know what you mean, I nearly mentioned the similarity in Volpollie's description... I think it's because they've both got white bodies and both have thier eyes concealed under their "hats".

I spent ages tryong to work out if it should be a Normal or Normal/Fighting type... and eventually decided on Normal becasue it didn't learn many Fighting Type moves... but after reading your comment I decided to change it to a dual type after all! ^^ I never seem to be able to ink hands a well as I want to... I always think they look slightly messy, but many thanks for the comment! :)
