Sketched with a 0.3 mechanical pencil, inked with a 0.1 drawing pen, coloured with felt tips. Background added with Microsoft Photo Editor and Microsoft Paint. Bubbles added with Ulead Photo Express 2. Comments welcome! :)

Oktobomb has an explosive temperament to match its explosive appearance. So far, nobody’s been able to discover how and why the flames at the end of its wick-like arms remain alight, even though most of its time is spent deep underwater.

It is? Gah... I'd forgotten there was a letter limit for Pokemon names... thought about calling it "Octobomb", but it just sounded so boring. Still, glad you like him. :)

I did the same thing with Merhcu, but didn't think to add the bubbles in after I'd changed the background colour, which I should've done...
