Tootaboo are odd little monsters made almost entirely out of bubbles. Although they have no wings, they are able to hover in mid-air. They are mischievous, and like to startle passing Trainers by popping up out of the water and squirting them between the eyes with the watery arrows they shoot from their mouths.
Tootaboo communicate with one another via a series of loud tooting noises that sounds like a rubber horn. Extremely rare purple variants exist, and have the peculiar ability to shoot mauve water.
