Swirliren

The name's derived from swirl and siren.

Even more mischievous and flighty than its pre-evolution, Swirliren flirts openly before laying the smack down with a variety of melee moves. They can also flutter a short while with their “fringe-wing”. Swirliren don’t look particularly dangerous but hit surprisingly hard with their cybernetic corkscrew boots and gloves. Their extension lead hair is also a weapon in its own right as it gives foes whiplash.
But it isn’t the metal gloves or boots or whippy hair that puts them off fighting Swirliren; it’s their costumes. Apparently the colours are so bright, they give people serious headaches.
