These slightly creepy cosmic cats appear to be made almost entirely out of electrical plasma. They constantly flicker, change shape, and glow in the dark, too. Their hind legs, though, closely resemble an alien spacecraft and appear to be made from an alloy very similar to whatever it is Registeel are made of.
