The orange shading on the edges of the cloak where almost an afterthought - I'd been meaning to post this for about a week but kept holding back becasue I thought there was something missing but couldn't work out what it was...

I reckon the eyes looked better on the original pencil sketch. I'm still trying to get to grips with SAI's Curve tool...
