What the hell kind of background is THAT?! XDD
Not necessarily fan art, but not really original either. She's the type of dinosaur that's related to the pms bird, commonly known as the Ostrich. A good friend helped with the name and stuff, Cyra means "Moon" in Persian. yup.
The body is sorta screwed up, here. I suck at anatomy of dinos, even though I've been drawing them for...I don't even know, uh i think i started aaaattt...3? yeah I think so.
