The coloring looks really good, but the linart is really... odd looking. I mean, it says you used referances? Was it with any with that partcular pose? If not, I suggest you do that next time.. I never really liked 'copying' poses from other pictures but that's how I learned the anatomy better, and I thoroughly recommend it here too. .The coloring really is great though, and from the bottom to her breasts to her knees looks good, too- so maybe just work on the rest.. kay?
