Kuja

This is my first drawing I've posted here. ^_^; I'm a bit nervous.

This is the first time in two years that I've drawn Kuja, my love, and the first time period that I've drawn him in my new style (my old style was very typical anime-like, this is hopefully, a bit more... well... less anime-like). I love Kuja. In case you don't know, he's a big baddie from Final Fantasy IX. And yes, he is male. He is a very pretty male. But he is male (although there are arguments that he is not).

Okay, do you realize how hard it is to figure out what his lower half looks like? Most pictures in-game of him are either too small to tell the details, or of just his upper body. So, I sort of just looked at the one or two pictures from in-game of his boots, and then took a bunch of stuff from Amano's concept drawing of him.

This drawing took me forever! I usually don't take too long drawing, but I spent a long time on this guy. Three hours at the sketch. An hour for the inking, and an hour and a half for the coloring.

Everything was done with a normal graphite pencil, a Staedtler pigment line (0.1), and Copic Sketch Markers.
