It's Viktor Krum. Yay.
Okay, maybe there should be a little more description. The upper part of his outfit is based on the sneak peak pictures I could get of him in the Goblet of Fire movie (coming out Nov. 18!). The rest of his outfit... not really based on anything. I couldn't find any pictures that showed his lower half. *shrug*
The broom is of my own creation. It's a broom made especially for (or even by, I think he should make his own line of brooms) him. It's the FALCON line, model version PEREGRINE. Now, any of you know what the Peregrine Falcon is? It's the fastest animal on Earth, that's what it is. It can dive up to 150+ miles an hour, and that just struck me to be very Viktor-like. You know, Wronksi Feint-ish. So. Voila.

But can you imagine if he accidentally slid forward on the broom? :OJust kidding. tis very nice. I like it alot. Excellent clothing folds and such.
