yes! it turns out that my uncle had a scanner after all!!!!!!!! and im happy. and it also turns out that he has paint shop pro... but i didnt notice that until i finished this... XP yes im in California right now. i like it here.colored this with markers. but the scanner kinda cut off her hair a bit... oh well. comments?
