Yeah, I went nuts when I first got those pencil colors... This is Madame Celestine in dragon form, an original character from my Fanfiction.net story "Lache pas la patate". She hasn't been introduced yet, but I will tell you she's alligator-based, mainly aquatic, and 3 stories tall.
