Description

Well I love Halloween so I wanted to draw a pic, but I didn't want to use a vampire and witch for Buu and Dev's costumes, so I went with a pimp and Rohin Hood! Orginally Buu's pimp suit was was but I changed my mind to purple, and it worked out great!
