Stronger Than You Think

So I definitely decided that Jay is going to be an electric-based CMA without the super strength. Her electricity is generated through friction caused by snapping fingers, sliding feet, rubbing hands etc. She can bend them at will and power machines if she wanted to.

She's strongest during a thunderstorm but if it rains or she's around/touching water she can't use her abilities at all
