*laughs* it's hilarious! when i use paint, my pictures look like hell, so i stick to drawing oranges. ^-^i like her expression and the shading of her hair, but the fact that you used grey over her nose and in her eyes is a bit odd to me.
the overall effect is nice, but adding shadows to her uniform would further improve it.
and now i'm getting really formal and "egh"....>.<
but, anyway, the picture turned out well, and i hope you keep it up.
