Summer vacation!!! =DDDD Actually I've been off for about 4 weeks now ._. But it still doesn't change the fact that I'm still excited about it ^^

I was in Taiwan for about two weeks, I actually got back two weeks ago, lol. After that I've just been getting over jet lag and relaxing.

So after extensively cleaning my room for the past couple of days, I had the sudden urge to:

1) Learn how to crochet plushies
2) Learn how to use polymer clay

As you can see I chose the second option xD Mainly because I figured sculpting would be waaaay easier than crocheting ;>> (in my opinion anyway...can't knit worth crap xD) So today I drove myself to Michaels and splurged a little bit on polymer clay and some necessary tools needed :3 I was one happy camper (though my mom wasn't after she saw the price ;>> But what does she care, it's my money anyway :P)

So this is my first attempt at sculpting!! (Besides the occasional play-doh as a child) I figured I'd start out with a lollipop since it seemed to be one of the easiest things to make ;>> I had so much fun making this, and I can't wait to make MOAR >:D

If only my phone had somewhere to put cell phone charms :\ Ah well, this was fun to make nonetheless ^^

luckylace222YOU. I can see that you have this evident talent for making physical crafts. Pokemon bags, shoes, plushies, now KEY CHAINS?

WHAT ARE YOU, the crafting god? You are improving so fast it is amazing! I know I should concentrate on the actual craft(trust me, just looking on it makes my mouth water in awe and respect, and I do not even LIKE sweets!), but I would like tot note that the warm tan surface you took the picture of it on really adds that Summer Japanese girl feel to it! OH beautiful work! *favs*

Keep it up! If I was not so god dang poor and saving money up for medical school, I could pay money for such beautiful things. Someone, I enjoy looking at it form afar and liking that I cannot have it better than actually having it. :PPP LOL! Nice work once again!

CrazyForJapan123Thank you!!! :'D And admiring it from afar is just enough to make me the happiest person in the world x3

LE GASP!!! O_O You dun like sweets?! Well I guess that can be understandable. Though I do enjoy them from time to time, I can't have too much, else I'll feel sick and such ;>>

I thought the wood on the background was a good choice too!! :D Though it wasn't intentional at all xD It was just a scrap piece of finished wood my mom found for me in the garage so I could sculpt without getting my actual desk all grody like ._.

I is no crafting god xD Believe me, soooo many people out there are better than me ;-; I just kinda see what's out there, and if I take interest, I go for it!! >:D Always wanted to try to make cutesy charms and such :3
