Description

I was bored and wanted to color something in my digital coloring program, so I sketched this up last night and did the basic colored. Added the extra details and shading when I got home from school today. Nothing special or detailed...just felt like coloring.
Basically your average night in Seattle, WA. Rain, rain, rain. Although you almost never have a clear street. I just like drawing it that way.

Oh, and for those that aren't Washingtonians...the Puget Sound is that strip of water that prevents Washington from being an almost perfect rectangle on the US maps. ;)

lol I wasn't depressed when I made this pic...just thought it'd be fun...and it LOOKS depressing, so that's where the name came from. x3
