I love the design. The goggles and the little torture story add the nice finishing touch.

if ya plug his tail in it will electricute him very badly witch would make him even more stupid huh it also serves as a lightning rod,and if you put water on it it also shocks him his partners at the air force do that for fun thank you glad ye like
