I love the expression and the face! It;s so adorable! He does look like he ate a whole chicken though. Maybe he's running cos he chicken's friends are comming after him. Aside from the random scribles, the wings don't look bad at all. If you want, I can give you tips on how to draw structure and paws, but if you don't, that's fine. Just trying to help out.
