Well I need a liitle bit of help, if anyone knows any good tips on shading could you please tell me. Well this is a charcter who hasn't been put in anything yet. I was thinking about a stratagy anime like Yu-gi-oh or somthing. I used a picture of CCSakura to try and get the dress right. If anyone wants to have a shoot at colouring this I still have the lineart, email me and I'll send it to you. One more thing I'm not sure wether her name should be Hilari or Kari?

hi. lookin through your work just cause you're on pic of the hour Congrats! love the pic. and if you want i'll color the pic if you want. i find nothing wrong with this pic, just that it looks flat. if you send it to me i'll try to add alittle shadows. or you could just take that advice and do it yourself. up to you! keep up the good work!

Uhm.... I dont really have any good tips on shading, but if you have a small lamp, or anything lke a flashlight, you could put you hand near it, and then see where the shadows are and notice why the shadows are big and/or small. Check under it, while moving light source around to see what the shadows are doing. If that didn't make any sence to you, e-mail me, and I'll try to tell you better. I really like the hair, it has a lot of detail to it, and so does the dress. I also loooove the eyes and anotomy, I'm not to good at those parts. Great job!
