this one is a little bit old as well. i've been writing a pirate story for a really long time, and i needed to get and image down on paper. the captain in this scene is telling the young captured woman that her love of the sea is a sickness and she will die from it. he is asking (more like, demanding) that she go with him and learn from a life at sea.

Oooh, great job with the hand/arm! The penciling and shading on this is completely amazing.

And those ruffles are wonderful. I lurve ruffles :D
