Mercey in color by DG-sama

Description

I finally got around to coloring Mercey's redesign sketch. I was trying to pay very close attetion to detail here :o<br />
<br />
I made his shin a lot paler and shinier. I was going for an almost translucent/semi-see through look. I also added some darker blue speckles on different parts so it would look more interesting.
