The story with this picture goes something like this- Arthur goes to visit Al, and outside his place he trips and falls in a puddle so Al gives him some dry clothes which includes a long sleeved I <3 NY t-shirt which doesn''t have Arthur all too pleased (it ended up getting almost covered up by Al''s arm in the picture though : ( )
