I did this on an oekaki board. This is my design of a deep sea mermaid. She glows slightly to see at the bottom of the ocean or sea. Her fines give off a neon glow. She is slightly more fish-like than the merfolk who live closer to the surface also. Yay!!! That was my first real description. Well anywayz. I hope you all like it.
