The Kestrel Sorceress

She's a kestrel, a being born of harpy and halfling, on a remote island made home by a flock of the dreaded bird-women. She's taken to sailing, and though she has the skills, does not captain any ships. Rather, she's taken up sorcery, specializing in force magic, such as magic missile.
