In case you can't read that, he's saying "The things I do for that woman..." and the arrow pointing to the food says "(he replaced the seahorse food with poison)"<br />

The severe mind-altering drug behind this was actually another one of those times my friend refused to feed me when I spent the night at her house until I drew her something. Unfortunately (even moreso) for me, she loves to make me draw stupid shoot. Like Squall, feeding Rinoa's seahorse. I am *so* sorry.<br />

Prease don't comment on the really bad anatomy of either Squall or the seahorse, I already know. Keep in mind that during the time in which this was drawn, I was quite famished and eager for my dinner.<br />
