It's Shinji Mimura from Battle Royale! He's so God damn sexy!! (Some of the shading looks strange because I had to obviously scale the image down in size and also change it to a jpg file -_-). Hand drawn, then scanned in and jazzed up on the wonderful photoshop ^_-
