One of many colorful Dungeons and Dragons characters created by those in our group. Frank's charisma isn't even particularly high, but he has yet to fail a sexterity roll. Go figure.
He was described to me as fairly scruffy, so I tried to go with that. The swirl designs were taken from stock photos-- I didn't make them and make no claim to them.
