Description
This is Random Event Girl, or REG. She can control time and space with her random events, and she's Darkstorm's rival. The beads are the Beads of Time, which allow her to mess with peoples fates, and help her random events become more powerful. I did the background and the beads on Paint Shop Pro 7.

Great job! I especially like the hair and how you did her eyes. How come I never knew REG was a girl? That is a totally awesome background you have there.
