Story: Tori was born with a great strength in his chakra, but it wasn't unstable like his sister's. When he was enrolled into the academy he excelled in every part of his training and was at genin level before he even graduated. People knew that he would one day surpass the Kazekage but they would have to wait and see. By the time his sister, Shina was born, he was at chunin level while all his classmates were at genin level. He had excelled in chakra control and mastered so many jutsus that he was shot up and trained with professionals. By the age of 15 he could of easily surpassed the Kazekage but he refused it so he could train his sister to become as great as him. In that same year she was banished and he tried everything to get her back, but to no proveil. After that he continued his training to become better so he could have the power to get his sister back.

Personality: Couragous, kind, and caring, Tori has earned the respect of almost everyone in Sunagakure. The only person he cares about is his sister. His parents are dead to him because of the way they treated Shina. He can be stubborn but he's pretty outgoing and romantic.

Weaknesses: If anything or anyone threatens to kill his siter he will do anything for them to stop. Also he can exaust himself if he does too many jutsus at once, especially the high powered ones. Other then that he doesn't have anymore.

Other: He is so advanced that he has taught himself to do three jutsus at once. If he starts a jutsu he can keep it there and do another one and then go back to the first one. He is also a wind based ninja and he can do other jutsus but usually does powerful wind jutsus.

That is my other Naruto OC. It's Shina's brother and I think he's hot, don't you? ^~ His headband is covered by his hair if you're wondering what's under his hair. I really think I'm going to color him but I can't right now, because I'm suppose to go to bed. Well comment please and thank you. ^^
