Description

Well, this is one of my custom characters. Now, you may think "omg0sh Dereck, Phlegm is a stupid name! It means the crap you get in the back of j00 throat!!1one!" Now, not only does it mean that, but it also means "state of mind" and "emotionless". This is pretty much the exact character of Phlegm *though this pick makes him look more 'actiony' than he really is*

Thanks! But alot of the unproportional stuffs was to emphasize the action and stuff. *shrugs* lots of artists use that.

I couldn't care less about his name but o well ^_^ Something you should work on is proportions. Sure it's great and pretty detailed but some proportions are off like the neck/head and right arm. Oh yeah his torso is in an unusual position making impossible to stand up like that. Unless it's intended (I'm not sure it is) you should definately fix this for your next drawins :) Good job.
