Pretty nice. Try not to make her (or any female character, for that matter) chin sketchy because from far, they will tend to look like beards.Diluted eyes often represent crying. Your elf girl does not look like she's on the verge of breaking down, so make her iris bolder. You probably know this but it is usually the case to draw the upper eyelash darker and thicker than the lower.
As for hair, no matter what the colour, except if it is baldingly thin, or utterly translucent, should it be less evident than whatever hairpiece it is covering. In this case, the headpiece is as visible under the hair as it was in full view.
Her eyes are fine, so long as you remove those funny humps on its sides.
Her mouth does like pretty good though.
