Calling it finished because I'm not doing anything else with it. There was a rough version I made, but whatever.
Made for a weekly art thread on another website, the theme being "Capes and Scowls: Redesign a hero in the style of a villain".
The idea's kind of simplistic, but I like how it turned out. ^_^
