I like it :3

The head is slightly askew and her right side of the chin is a little too 'long', perhaps.. but otherwise, the shades and anatomy is top-notch.

Well the other one was quite a bit better. But this is still nice. This one looks a little more refined than the other one. And the shading is really fleshed out here. I would say it doesn't have as much contrast. But thinking about the two, the other girl had black hair. So that kinda changes things up a bit. All in all is pretty nice. And using real ref is always a great thing.

either a very masculine Beyonce, or very femenine Ashton Kutcher. I'm kidding! the way you drew the pupils in her eyes should be the same way you draw marbles, like in your marbles pic. It should be done similar. Her marbles are just fine...
