A request from my friend. He bugged me for at least a month to get a chibi Shredder, but I'd settled for this.<br />

The original picture (or at least the pose) came from a card, but other than that, all original.<br />

The one arm is a...tad awkward, but I love how the shading came out on the rest of it.<br />
