Ahh, mating season...
The Male is the one standing. If you can't tell then I'm surprised. I believe that male dragons would be alot like lizards. They would have a colorful red neck pouch that they would extend to show off to females. Some lizards have coloring on their bellies as well.
The male would spread a scent throug the air, much as a female would to show she was in heat.
When the two sexes meet, the male would raise his tail, extend his neck and wings, beating them and clawing at the groud to show his strength, sometimes blowing bouts of flame into the air. The female would in turn, lick the air with her tongue, smelling it. If she is impressed by the other, they would mate.
Don'tcha love mating season? >:P
