Shintei Combat Weapon A

Shintei is a Melee Based combat Operations Project. This project is also another one based around the "Gizoid Protocol". This one utilizes Special attacks unlike Nexus or Nel/Syn (weapon V). This model also is able to modify these techniques into it's own, also it can shapeshift, into "Revlas".
