This is an idea that spawned into my head whilst reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for the umpteenth time the other day. And upon reading the description of ol' Willy boi; it dawned on me:
"Walking cane?
Top hat?
Tailored coat?
GOATEE?!
HAKUSHAKU!!!11one"
So this Count/Albert cosplaying as Wonka/Charlie was born.
