Make a Wish

This was more of a practice piece than anything. I originally wanted to have the person blowing the fuzzy things of a dandelion (hence the title), but I couldn't get a grasp on the perception needed for that. o_o so thats why the mouth looks odd..and I still dunno how to draw lips too well x_x; Dispite the mistakes and how there isn't much to the drawing i still like it.
