that's really cool! i think that the long haired girl's head is to far forward though. It looks a little odd. no offense
Asuka's head is to big, and her hand is to small. Also, somethings up with Rei's head, but I can't figure out what. Shinji's hair shouldn't be as flat, either.
Other than those crits, this is really great. The shading is lovely and really well done! ^_^
