Super Milk Chan (variation)

I drew this a while ago w/the intention of making a costume based off it. But, that never happened, even though i keep saying "some day"... that day isn't likely to come. so, i decided to post it or whatever.
My stupid scanner cut off that thingy that comes off the top of her bonnet thing. It never scans anything right. I always have 2 fold the papers 2 get at least HALF the picture to show up! (unless the picture takes up the whole page, which they rarely do.)
