Well...this one I've had on my list of stuff to do for a really long time. And I did it. I like how it turned out...not the face. I'm not proud of that. But the rest I like. I think I did well with the downy wings and her costume.
Anyway, as to who she is, she's the same angel from before...as to who that is, I am the only one who knows. *grin*
