K, well...I tried to avoid using the dodge and burn tool...and i did it succesfully! w00t! 
 
Anyway, Since she's a tomboy, but wears skirts, i gave her boys boxers, so the tomboy affect is there too. 
 
Tell me what you think becuase i worked very hard on this! 
 
I was listening to Desensitized and Ha ha You're Dead, which are my new favorite songs!!! (i love ALL green day songs)

I like the way you set this all up. xD The way it's drawn, the background and foreground (border, effects, etc.), it just seems to fit with your style nicely. =D On another note, the burn and dodge tools can be useful sometimes, but don't get too carried away with it THAT much. ;) Actually I think I can help you out with that, I know a simple way to create shadows... I'll write a tutorial about it ASAP.
