I love Milotic. After spending hours trying to find a feebas I finally caught a few, I worked on my feebas and got it to evolve into milotic, I was so happy. So I wanted to draw a milotic and here it is.
It's using the move bubblebeam ^-^ I love the sparkleyness and shinyness. I really took my time on this to make it look really good!

Wow, you've actually caught a feebas in the game? XD I never had the patience to.Anyway, the pictures is very nice,colorful, and shiny *puts on a pair of shades* 8D
