Description

This is another continuation from the Shandaries, a creature that I made up. They are creatures that have a certain ability, and and control certain things too.

This one is an Ice Shandary, so she controls ice, frost, freezing. So in this image she's spreading frost along the ground. ^^

If this is the first of the shandaries you've seen you should check out the other ones I have ^^

Nice colors, a little heavy on the effects though, and some of the lineart messes up the style of the rest of the image. If you want a blendy style, keep blendy lineart. The eye looks unfitting to the rest of the image and really pixelated compared to everything else.
Find a better eye style and fix up some of the lineaert there. It would REALLY improve this.
Horse anatomy is okay, you could work on the joints a bit.
