He He He The Hooded Claw is Groping Penelope Edited^^

Got the idea for this from an episode of the show

the pose is sort of like from the Episode Cross Country Double Cross^^

it looked like a really risky pose for it's cartoon era

so i made it more risky lol^^^^

an off screen voice is laughing He He He

(Yak Yak or Dum Dum i think? i forget which one^^

he always laughed when he talked^^)

and is saying the Hooded Claw is groping Penelope

lol that made them both blush^^

and the hooded claw now has his tongue out and is smiling

and they both have heart symbols

i love odd pairings^^

i used colored pencils and a little bit of white cellophane marker

and edited this version in Hp Image a bit
