i drew the Hooded Claw in a Rooster outfit from Episode 16 of
The Perils of Penelope Pitstop
Game of Peril
and he and Penelope Are kissing and holding each other
i drew them like this before but i think they turned out a bit better here
i used colored pencils a bit of white cellophane marker and no Hp Image editing for the unedited one
i ran out of room for the legs and feet sorry
i love odd pairings aww he's blushing
oh this can be an early B Day Pic for you
but if you'd like something else too let me know
well they did say surprise them or do something random^^
i hope they like it
