Penleope spots Hooded Claw but before he tries to put her in Peril

she notices something a tad obsque about him he was in only his hat and mask and cape nothing else she wondered what was up with that so she goes

Er Claw i think you forgot your suit and boxers

he looks down realizes he's naked and blushes and covers up
and he thinks to him self eeep i knew i forgot something

LOl maybe he had Penelope on the brain

and he forgot to dress up for their game of cat and mouse
