cuse The Hooded Claw/Sylvester Sneekly and Mildew Wolf both had the same Voice Actor

i drew her separately with colored pencils and taped them on one piece of paper

and altered my other pic of him and added text
and edited them in HP Image

Interesting coincidence, I mean that the two characters had the same voice. Anyway, nice pic again, but what cartoon Mildew wolf appeared in originally ( because the character looks familiar to me, but I don't know from where it is)?
